The box is made of extremely durable aluminum alloy with a thickness of 1.5 mm. In production, innovative cutting and bending technologies are used. During assembly, reinforced steel rivets are used. A durable steel ergonomic (special) handle is installed. The box is covered with extremely durable polymer paint RAL6009, reinforced with polymer-painted metal corners in all corners, has two steel hinges and two steel rim locks, with sealing ability to ensure reliable locking of the box and protection of its contents.
The aluminum box is designed for high loads in a wide temperature range from -50 to +50 degrees.
